Damak: Students of Damak Multiple Campus set their campus chief’s chair on fire on Tuesday accusing the latter of speaking against the decision made earlier to reduce college fees.

Students affiliated to All Nepal National Free Students’ Union, All Nepal National Independent Students’ Union-Revolutionary and Federal Students’ Union had set the chair of campus chief Hari Prasad Jaisawal on fire after forcing him out of his office.

After the incident, all educational activities in the campus were halted. The irate students claimed that Jaisawal told the local media that the fees will not be reduced though, earlier, he said it will be reduced. .
