NEPALGUNJ: CPN-UML leader KP Sharma Oli on Thursday said his party could support the UCPN-Maoist in the election of Constitutional Committee chairperson if the latter were ready to break the present political deadlock. Talking to mediapersons in Nepalgunj, he said CPN-UML was not in favour of leaving the Maoists back though their commitment was doubted. He added efforts would be made till the last moment to find a consensus candidate. Separately, he said there were no factions in the party and added the dispute over the Vice Presidents’ use of language while being sworn in was unproductive.
