Constitution to come into full force after elections: Thapa

POKHARA: Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Kamal Thapa today said that the constitution would come into full force after the conclusion of the provincial and parliamentary elections.

Speaking at a press meet organised in Pokhara today, he said that RPP has given top priority to both the elections.

Thapa also shared that the party was organising the Mechi-Mahakali self-pride march between Dashain and Tihar festivals to generate a feeling of Hinduism and alert the people about the problems facing the country.

Expressing concern over the repeated violation of the election code of conduct by the government and ruling parties, the former Deputy Prime Minister said that the enforcement on part of the Election Commission of the code of conduct was found weak. “The government is ignorant towards the rising rate of corruption and irregularities in the country.”
