RASUWA: A couple died after being swept away by the Andheri Khola, bordering Thulogaon of Rasuwa and Manakamana of Nuwakot district, on Monday.

According to District Police Office, Rasuwa, the deceased have been identified as Nara Bahadur Tamang (51) and his wife Sunita (41) of Thulogaon-6.

The Tamang couple were returning home after visiting their relatives when the swollen rivulet swept them away.

Police said their bodies recovered from the rivulet and sent to Trishuli Hospital in Nuwakot for postmortem.
