KATHMANDU: People are visiting their relatives to receive Tika and blessings from the elders on the second day of Dashain Tika today.

The Tika rituals will continue for five days -- till the Kojagrata Poornima on Monday.

There is, however, limited mobility, thanks to the acute fuel crisis due to the obstruction in supplies at the Nepal-India border for weeks.

People are seen travelling on jampacked vehicles, hanging or sitting on the roof, in short as well as long distances.
