General Secretary of Nepali Congress, Sushil Koirala, today said that revival of full democracy with people’s participation was definite. “Let us all rise up, then the restoration of democracy is certain,” he said. In a mass meeting organized here, Koirala said, “It is the King’s pipe dream that he can govern by snatching the people’s rights.” Koirala admitted that the stir had weakened as people are disillusioned at the moment. He, however, claimed that the people would support the stir one day. “People have respect only for democracy,” said Koirala.
