Docs awareness bid
ITAHARI: Doctors at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan have begun a door to door campaign to aware villagers in Ilam, Dhankuta, Jhapa and Sunsari districts about kidney treatment. Cardiologist Prof Sanjeev Sharma took the noble initiative to reach out to the villagers. The doctors are also creating health awareness among the locals on regular heart, lung and kidney check-ups, said Sharma. He said other parts of the body face a high risk of infection after problems occur in a kidney.
