DOLPA: Tripurasundari Municipality residents are reliving the load-shedding time period since the past two weeks after the regular power supply stopped.

A technical snag at the Chalgaad micro-hydropower project that supplies power to the municipality led to the darkness in the houses of the residents. The generator of the project is also reported to have malfunctioned.

As a result, residents of Tripurakot, Galli, Karelikanda, Bagar are forced to live in darkness.

Government services have been affected while communication has become a problem as people could not charge their mobile phones, said a local resident Harischandra Bista.
