Narayangarh, June 10 :

A cargo truck bound for Kathmandu from Bhairahawa skidded off the road at Jalbire in Chandibhanjyang village development committee and plunged into Trishuli river today.

Chitwan District Police Office said the truck was loaded with cement. The driver and the helper were on board when the mishap occurred. Twenty-two-year-old Shiv Pandey, the helper of the vehicle escaped with injuries. The missing driver was yet to be identified.
