Due to dry landslides in the past, scores of households have deserted the place and more than 100 ropani cultivable land has been affected, according to victims. “We are facing uncertainty about our settlement due to the problem. We prayed to the serpent god for years, but in vain. Our faith in the god has also started waning,” said Chudaraj Tamang, a local.
