Earthquake of 4.5 ML hits Lamjung

KATHMANDU: An earthquake measuring 4.5 magnitude on the Richter scale struck Nauthar of Lamjung district at around 9:53 this morning.

According to the National Seismological Centre, Lainchaur, the co-ordinates of the epicentre are 28.21°N, 84.49°E.

Yesterday, an aftershock measuring 4.4 magnitude in the Richter scale had shaken the far-west region of the country, with its epicentre in Darchula, near the Nepal-India border.
