Narayangarh, June 1:

Indian ambassador to Nepal Shiv Shankar Mukharjee today said that development cannot be expected without education.

Ambassador Mukharjee laid the foundation stone of the library building of Birendra Multiple Campus at Bharatpur.

The building is being constructed with the Indian assistance of Rs 14,400,000.

Mukharjee said the Indian government has provided more than Rs 13 billion in assistance for over 100 projects in Nepal.
