LAHAN: A septuagenarian woman succumbed to injuries after a tractor knocked her down in an inner street in Siraha Municipality-1 on Wednesday morning.

The deceased has been identified as 70-year-old Sonawati Yadav.

Yadav, who was critically injured after the tractor (Sa 1 Ta 2115) heading towards Siraha headquarters hit her while she was walking on the road, died on the way to Biratnagar for treatment, the District Police Office, Siraha, stated.
