KATHMANDU: Japanese Ambassador to Nepal, Tatsuo Mizuno on Wednesday hosted a reception to celebrate the birthday of Emperor Akihito and 20th anniversary of his accession to throne. The Embassy, in a press statement stated that several hundreds of guests including the heads of constitutional bodies, deputy prime minister, ministers, Constitutional Assembly members, high ranking government officials and head of diplomatic missions were present at the reception.
