FSF-N Chair Yadav begins poll publicity

Rajbiraj, November 12

Federal Socialist Forum-Nepal Chair Upendra Yadav today formally started his party’s publicity campaign for the forthcoming provincial and parliamentary elections in Saptari.

Yadav, who is contesting the parliamentary election from Saptari Constituency No 2, began his election publicity after offering homage to the deceased of the Maleth incident. He had reached the site where the final rites of the martyrs were performed.

Addressing his party activists and supporters, FSF-N leader and poll candidate Yadav argued that the Madhesi people required casting their votes for Madhes-centric forces to ensure the fundamental rights of Madhesi folks who were exploited, marginalised and discriminated for more than 350 years.

He urged voters to cast their ballots for the election candidate of the FSF-N and RJP-N alliance. Yadav accused the leaders of the CPN-Maoist Centre of being looters. He said, “We need to be aware of CPN-MC leaders as they have been manipulating the marginalised communities. Hence, we should reject such leaders through the ballot.”
