GULMI: A fire that has spread in Badagaun of Gulmi since Saturday has inflicted the loss of around Rs 150 million.

The fire had destroyed 71 houses of Dajakot and Majhgaun of Badagaun and took the life of a person.

It has been learned that the area has seen an acute shortage of drinking water after the outbreak of fire in the area.

Details about the incident are yet to come, Chief District Officer Pradeep Raj Kandel said.
