BHOJPUR: Property worth around Rs 300,000 was gutted in a fire in Chainpur Municipality of Sankhuwasabha district on Thursday.

According to the Area Police Office, Chainpur, the abrupt fire destroyed the house of Man Bahadur Rai in Khamling VDC-14 of the area.

The fire was doused with the help of locals and police personnel.
