NARANGADH: Farmers involved in fishery at Madhi of Chitwan are worried these days as the sale of fish went down due to the decrease in the price of chicken for the past one week. According to the farmers, sale of fish has goes down after the price of chicken decreased in the district. Consumers of chicken and fish are same, they said. A kg of ready fish costs between Rs 200 and Rs 250 while chicken costs Rs 180 per kg. "This is the best season for fish sale", but the farmers are yet to start the business, said a farmer.
