SARLAHI: Former king Gyanendra Shah reached Malangawa, district headquarters today to offer prayers at Durga Bhagwati temple. Shah has been visiting terai districts and offering prayers to various deities in the area.

The former king arrived here around 4 pm on Thursday and offered prayers at the Durga Bhagwati temple in Malangawa Municipality-8 in Sarlahi district.

Shah was welcomed by a mass of cadres affiliated to royalist political groups and Hindu right-wing party upon his arrival in the district.
