Gaighat, September 30

At least four passengers were critically injured after a bus met with an accident along Gaighat-Katari road section at Risku VDC, Udayapur on Wednesday morning.

The bus en route to Gaighat from Kathmandi via Sindhuli-Khurkot road fell 20 metres below the road at around 6:00am.

Khila Shrestha, Samina Khatun, Bhim Guragain and Rajendra Baraili of Triyuga Municipality were injured. DSP Surendra Grurung of District Police Office, Udayapur said the injured are receiving treatment at Katari Hospital.
