KATHMANDU:

Deputy Chief of Mission of the German Embassy, Nobert Meyer, initiated the construction a 30-km rural road in Rolpa that links Sulichaur with Phuliban. Issuing a statement, the German Embassy on Thursday said Germany had granted Rs 80 million for the road through German Government Food Security and Rehabilitation Project. The support consisted of locally unavailable materials and tools, including rice and cash.
