DHANGADI: Governor of Farwest Province, Mohan Raj Malla, has suddenly been taken ill since Sunday evening.

He has been admitted to Hasanpur-based Nisarga Hospital where he is undergoing treatment, informed the hospital through a press release. The statement mentions that the governor's health condition is worrisome.

According to hospital administration, Malla has been receiving treatment inside the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Doctors said that his body and his immunity has weakened after what started as fever with rigors.

A team of doctors including Dr Bijay KC, Dr Hemanta Ojha, Dr Aditya Bahadur Singh, Dr Rajendra Mahar have been working in his treatment.
