DOLAKHA: UCPN-Maoist vice chairman Narayan Kaji Shrestha ‘Prakash’ today blamed the coalition partners for not being responsible and serious in constitution writing process.

Speaking at a press meet organised by the Maoist-affiliated journalists’ body here in Dolakha, Shrestha, however, claimed the Maoists were committed to the statute drafting and peace process.

He warned of people's movement if conspiracy were hatched by national and international forces against new constitution and peace process.
