TULSIPUR: Health workers of Dang on Friday called off protest programmes after two days of closure of health institutions.

They had organised the protest following an attack on Dr. Ishwor Devkota of zonal hospital by an unidentified gang a few days ago. They have given three days ultimatum for the arrest of the culprits behind Devkota’s attack.

All the services except the emergency were affected by the protest of the health workers.
