DAMAULI: Division Forest Office of Tanahun has set up a high-tech nursery.
The nursery was set up on the premises of the forest office with financial support of the provincial government.
According to DFO Tanahun chief Kedar Baral, all sorts of plants found in any climate or geographical location can be grown in the nursery.
“The nursery is equipped with air conditioning facility to regulate temperature to create suitable environment for plants,” Baral said, claiming the nursery could be the first of its kind in the country. The nursery cost around 1.6 million rupees, according to Baral.
