Chitwan, June 18:

The government of China has provided machines worth Rs 14 lakh to the BP Koirala Cancer Hospital, Bharatpur. The equipment was handed over to the hospital’s executive chief, Dr Balman Singh Karki, by the leader of the Chinese team Dr Wang, at a programme organised here today. The handing over was done in the presence of local journalists and central officials of the Federation of Nepalese Journalists. Dr Karki said the hospital was not only reputed in Nepal, but was also one of the better hospitals in Asia.
