BAJURA: Martadi, the district headquarters of Bajura district, is stinking, after local authorities failed to manage garbage.

Local people claim that hoteliers and other business persons throw wastes in the night time haphazardly.

After the dusk, people carry the sacks of wastes anywhere they like, informed Sita BK, a local.

The garbage on the road and around has caused difficulties even to walk freely, they complained.

Earlier, the locals had started patrolling during nights to stop litter throwers. Though it was somehow successful, the condition returned to the same condition now.

The District Health Office informed that the flow of patients has surged after the garbage mismanagement.
