TEHRATHUM: Celebratory illuminations were observed in Tehrathum – the birthplace of newly appointed Prime Minster KP Sharma Oli – on Thursday evening.

Leaders and cadres of left alliance illuminated butter-fed lamps and candles at Loktantrik Chok in the district headquarters, Myanglung to welcome the new prime minister.

They wished for the successful inning of newly appointed Prime Minister Oli.

Oli still has his land and home in Tinsalle of Aathrai Rural Municipality-4 in the district.

Locals of Tehrathum are elated about the ascent of Oli to the prime ministerial post for the second time.
