DAMAULI: Minister of State for Land Reform and Management Bikram Thapa on Friday stressed on the implementation of the new constitution.

Inaugurating a function organized by Tanahun DDC in Damauli, Minister Thapa argued that misconceptions among the public regarding the new constitution must be removed.

“We have to make people understand every clause and section of the statute,” said Thapa, adding that the new constitution had guaranteed rights to people from all sections of society.
