KHOTANG: Vehicular movement along the Diktel-Halesi road section, the sole roadway in Khotang, has been obstructed due to torrential rainfall for the past five days.

The route has been divided into three sections—Jayramghat to Halesi, Halesi- Mudeh and Mudeh-Diktel—and all the sections have remained blocked for the past five days, according to Transport Entrepreneurs Association Khotang secretary Ram Kumar Hingmang.
