Indian envoy inaugurates school building

Rajbiraj, October 10:

Indian ambassador to Nepal Shiv Shanker Mukherjee has said Nepal and India share a very unique relationship. He was inaugurating the new building of the Janta Rastriya Primary School at Belhichepana in Saptari today.

The welfare of Nepal is the welfare of India too, said Mukharjee, adding that India is helping Nepal in development activities. Mukherjee said that preliminary survey for the construction of a hulaki road had already been initiated and introduction of the railway service in the Nepal-India border in Saptari district would broaden areas of development.

The school building was constructed with financial assistance from India at the cost of Rs 1.143 million.
