Indian forest guards detain four Nepalis from no man's land

BARDIYA: A team of Indian forest guards has taken four Nepali nationals under control near the no man's land along the Nepal-India border in Bardiya.

The Indian forest guards apprehended locals Sushil Kumal (20), Nar Bahadur Kumal (23), Sunil Kumal (45) and Rajendra Deu (45) near the border pillar no. 82 placed on the no man's land in Madhuwan Municipality-3, the Area Police Office Dhodhari said.

However, the Indian Katarniaghat Wildlife Sanctuary has said that the four were arrested while they were coming into Nepal carrying two 10-foot logs from the Indian forest.
