Nepalgunj, January 21:

The Janamorcha Nepal today made public its protest programmes against ‘regression’, foreign intervention and Maoist atrocities. In a press conference organised here, the party’s central vice-president Manoj Bhatta said that the agitation will be launched on January 25 in the central and far western development regions. The protests will be participated by two other parties, he said.

One phase of the two-phase agitation programme will be organised in Banke, Bardiya, Kailali and Kanchanpur districts from January 25 to February 4 while the second phase will be launched in Doti, Dadeldhura, Surkhet, Dailekh from the same date. Bhatta, while expressing his apprehension on the alliance between the King and Maoists, said, instead of the King’s army intervening the political parties’ agitation, Maoists are doing it, this gives a ground for the suspicion.
