KATHMANDU:

Citing “ambiguity and lack of clarity” in the party leadership, some central committee members of the Janamorcha Nepal, including Member of Parliament Pari Thapa, convened a special national convention in Kathmandu on October 11-12. The deputy prime minister Amik Sherchan-led Janamorcha Nepal said the party had no idea of the “so-called” special convention that was called by a group of disgruntled party members.
