KATHMANDU: Pushkar Lal Shrestha, editor-in-chief of Kamana News Publication, is undergoing treatment at the intensive care unit of Nepal Mediciti Hospital after being diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome. He was diagnosed with this disorder four months ago.

He was earlier admitted to Norvic Hospital, where the syndrome was detected. He then went to Medanta Ortho and Neuro Care Centre in India for further treatment. He came back to Nepal two months ago after his health condition improved, says a statement issued on Thursday by Kamana News Publication, adding that his condition is “critical and stable”.
