Nepali Congress spokesperson Arjun Narsingh KC on Monday said it was a mistake on the part of the government to disburse one million rupees each to parliamentarians under the MPs’ Development Fund. KC said this while addressing a press conference organised by the Press Union, Banke chapter. “The government is misusing the national treasury by disbursing the fund on the eve of the CA polls,” he said, adding the seven-party alliance joint mass meeting was held to clear any doubt about holding of the CA election.
