Kathmandu: King Gyanendra on Monday administered the oath of office to the newly appointed chairman of the National Human Rights Commission, Nain Bahadur Khatri. Ex-chief justice Khatri is the founding chairman of the commission and has served it for five years. Khatri administered the oath of office to the new members of the commission. — HNS
