PHIDIM: With the  initiative of Lions Club of Panchthar, Rs 24,000 was collected and  handed over to the father of kidney patient Junita Kerung for treatment  at Yangnam VDC in Panchthar on Thursday.

Former state minister Dipak  Baskota handed over the amount to Junita’ father Dil Kumar Kerung at a  press meet organised at Press Union Office, Panchthar.

Chairman Mitra  Prasad Kafle of the club said that they had launched the donation drive  through social networks.
