Madhes unrest should be solved thru House, says Bhandari
BARDIBAS: Chairman of Rastriya Madhes Samajbadi Party, Sharat Singh Bhandari, said that they wanted a solution to the ongoing Madhes problems through the Legislature-Parliament.
Talking to mediapersons in his hometown Bardibas of Mahottari Monday, leader Bhandari termed the Prime Minister's call to the agitating parties for talks positive.
He, however, said the participation of Nepali Congress in the talks was essential to make it meaningful.
The issues of Madhes should be addressed through the Parliament and a two-thirds majority was needed for the same, he said.
"So consent and participation of the Congress is essential," he argued.
