KATHMANDU: A person was cheated in the name of exchanging Nepali rupees with US dollars, in Kathmandu on Wednesday. Jok Bahadur Ghale (60) of Barpak-7, Gorkha, currently residing in Samakhusi, Kathmandu was defrauded of Rs 1.5 million ,saying that he would get dollars in its exchange. According to police, two unidentified men in their mid-20s had defrauded him from Gothatar Height, Kageshwori Manahara-11. Police are in search of the con men who are on the run after the incident. Police are also investigating into the case.
