TULSIPUR, DANG: A pedestrian was killed after a passenger bus ran over him in Tulsipur, Dang today.

According to the Chief at Area Police Office, Tulsipur, the deceased has been identified as Laxiram Bitalu (55) of Shantinagar Rural Municipality-3, who died on the spot after he was hit by the bus (Na 5 Kha 5768).

Tulsipur Bus Park area has remained tense following the accident.

The police have impounded the vehicle and taken the driver under custody.
