Kanchanpur: The police arrested Bhuban Thapa of Mahendranagar-7 on the charge of selling his wife along with a son to a brothel in India. Thapa has been accused of selling his wife and son to a brothel in Delhi some six months ago.

Thapa, 21, said her husband left her at a Nepali speaking woman’s place in New Delhi and she came to know that she was sold for Rs 1 lakh three days later. She said she was forced to dance till 1 am every night and sexually exploited there. Later, she managed to escape from the brothel.
