Itahari, August 27:
A case has been lodged here against Saptari’s Pairwa-2 natives Krishna Prasad Aryal, his elder brother Janardan Prasad Aryal, Krishna’s son Nagendra Aryal of the Destination Overseas in Kathmandu, and Navin Raj Satyal of Birgunj-10 in Parsa district for duping 17 youths of Morang and Sunsari districts of Rs 18 lakh after promising them jobs in Malaysia.
In their complaint to the police, the youths alleged that the Aryals promised them jobs worth Rs 15,000 per month in Malaysia and took money from them two months ago.
The complainants alleged that the company called them to Kathmandu, kept them there for 25 days and finally apologised saying that Malaysia was not possible but Maldives was and took them to Kerala in India where they were stranded for 18 days.
The complainants said the Aryals housed them in Motherland Tourist Home in Kerala and fled, leaving them on their own resources.
The duped youths have asked the police to help them recover their money from the Aryals.
