RAJBIRAJ: CPN-UML leader KP Sharma Oli today said that timely promulgation of constitution was unlikely due to anarchic activities of the UCPN-Maoist.

Talking to journalists in Saptari's Shambhunath on Sunday, he said, "The UCPN-M has chosen a path of confrontation. They should be held accountable in case the constitution is not drafted on time.” He said that the present political situation demanded agreement and understanding not protests. He also urged the Maoists not to make negative comments about the coalition that stood on support of 22 parties. "No change can come from vandalism. The Maoists better understand this fact in time."
