Mahendranagar:

Maoists raided a beer bar in Gaddachauki on Indo-Nepal border on Tuesday and took three persons, including two Indians, in custody. Lakki Shambhu Kurjeet and Rajiv Kumar Kurjeet of Chandigarh (India) and a Nepali woman who worked at the bar were taken away by the Maoists. A team led by the coordinator of the All Nepal Trade Union Federation (Kanchanpur), Narahari Nath Yogi, raided the bar. Maoists also took away a Maruti van. Maoist Mahendranagar incharge, Manab said they would be released soon.
