Kathmandu, November 14:

A two-day Asia Pacific Regional Level meeting began here today with an objective of preparing basic framework after holding discussions on universal concept for the implementation strategy of disaster minimisation technology. At the meeting held under the initiative of the National Society for Earthquake Technology Nepal(NSET-Nepal), the National Research Institute for Geology and Disaster Minimisation, the National Research Institute UNESCO, and the Kyoto University is being participated in by various experts from China, Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, Iran, Uzbekistan and various multi-nationals.
