KATHMANDU: A delegation led by Minister for Science, Technology and Environment Bishwendra Paswan, which reached Paris of France on Friday to attend the Conference of Parties (CoP 21), participated in the global climate summit on Saturday.

During the summit, Ministry Secretary Krishna Chandra Paudel, also deputy leader of the team, briefed the conference about existing political situation and proposed porgrammes to be implemented under the leadership of Minister Paswan.

Spokesperson at the ministry Mahendra Kumar Thapa shared that Minister Paswan directed the delegates of Nepal to play effective and strategic role on behalf of Nepal in the conference.
