SURUNGA, JHAPA: A seven-year-old boy died after being hit by a motorcycle at Barne of Buddhashanti Rural Municipality-7, along the Mechi Highway in Jhapa last night.

According to Jhapa District Police Office, the deceased has been identified as Bishal Budathoki, a local.

Motorcyclist Krishna Dhakal (23) of the RM and pillion rider Puja Thapa (22) were injured in the accident.
