LAHAN: A minor domestic servant was murdered by her employers on Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as Ramjhari Yadav 12, daughter of Janaki Yadav, a local resident of Bisnur VDC 2. She breathed her last while undergoing treatment at BP Koirala Institute of Health and Sciences, Dharan.

According to the police she had been severely beaten by her employers for four days accusing her of being a thief.

She had been working in the house of Prakash Gupta.

An investigation is underway to bring the absconding employers to book.
