JANAKPURDHAM: A body of a minor has been found 24 hours after he disappeared, in a wheat field in Janakpur Sub-Metropolitan City of Dhanusha district on Sunday.

The five-year-old Aslam Rai, son of Asarpha Ali in Benga,Janakpur-19 of the area was missing since Saturday morning.

According to the District Police Office, Dhanusha, police have suspected that the child was kidnapped and thrown in the wheat field after a brutal murder.

The truth behind the incident will only come out after the postmortem, informed DSP Nakul Pokharel.

The father of the minor is currently abroad for a job.
